Salvation Is Of the Jews



October, 11th.

Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews ( John 4:22).

This early morning, as the words kept ringing in my heart, I decided to turn my attention to the verse. The LORD Jesus met this woman, the reject of society, at the well about to draw water. In the ensuing brief conversation with the woman, He revealed that He is the water of life that would quench her thirst.
Jews are specially chosen by the LORD as bearers of His light to the world, to display His glory on the Earth. The LORD entered a marriage covenant with their fathers on the foot of Mount Sinai after delivering them from Egypt, and brought them into His House. They lived under the canopy of His Glory as His people. He was everything to them, for they were His special treasure, His Kingdom of Priests to host His glory on the Earth.

Through this holy Nation, He would bring forth a Savior who would bear the sins of the world, and through Him, salvation would come unto the rest of mankind. The LORD Jesus, the Savior of the whole world is of the Jewish decent, He is the Root and offspring of David; the Lion from the Tribe of Judah, God's Lamb that took away the sins of the whole world so that through Him, the people of the Earth would come to the true knowledge of God the Father, the Creator of mankind, and all created things. He is also the Sustainer of all His Creations.

Salvation is of the Jews because, through them, the LORD God gave not only the LORD Jesus to the world, but also His written Word so that mankind will learn and understand His ways, be adopted into God's family through the LORD Jesus, and be filled with God's Spirit. Through their disobedience and stubbornness, the LORD God divorced them, and scattered them across the Earth, and adopted the Gentiles into His Kingdom. By their scattering, some of them carried the truth of God's word with them, and the LORD continued to be a sanctuary to them wherever they were. Their gathering, however, will be glorious for their restoration will cause the Glory of the LORD to return to the Earth for the LORD promised to regather, restore them, and rebuild His Temple in their midst to dwell with them forever. The Gentile nations will be joined with them to serve God in one accord. Let the whole Earth rejoice and bless the Name of the LORD for the gift of the LORD Jesus, the Savior of the world through the Jewish nation. Salvation, therefore, is of the Jews!

ONE LORD, ONE GOD, ONE KING

THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD , that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
